Konrad is in his final stages in completing his Master’s of Science, Human Kinetics graduate degree at the University of Ottawa. His exposure to the world of interprofessionalism started three years ago with his involvement in the Ottawa Health Sciences Students’ Association as Vice President Financial Affairs. An advocate for interprofessional education, Konrad’s curiosity continues to set him on a path of learning and experience. Having considered a variety of healthcare career paths, Konrad is aware of frustrations some students encounter when attempting to piece together how each healthcare profession fits into the bigger picture of helping the patient. He hopes to provide students with clarity where there is vagueness, insight where there is misinformation, and access where there is lack of information through his involvement with NaHSSA as VP Academic Affairs.
